Action against Respondent, a breast implant company, for the alleged concealment of information about Respondent’s only implant manufacturer ahead of a stock offering.   According to the SEC, Respondent’s former CEO knew prior to the offering that a certification required for its manufacturer to sell products in the European Union had been suspended but failed to disclose the information.  Respondent agreed to cease and desist from violations of the Securities Act of 1933 and Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, and the SEC has agreed not to impose a penalty in light of Respondent’s self-reporting and cooperation.
